About the role
The Visual Experience and Sales Consultant will work at ÓPTICA OPTIMEDIC HONDURAS in Tegucigalpa, advising customers on frames, lenses and optical products. The role focuses on delivering a personalized visual experience while driving store sales.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, assess their visual needs and recommend suitable eyewear solutions.
- Demonstrate products, maintain attractive store displays and promotional materials.
- Prepare quotations, manage budgets and follow up after sales.
- Support basic administrative tasks related to the point of sale.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, organized and inviting retail environment.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of face‑to‑face sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation, empathetic communication and ability to build trust.
- Team player with good time‑management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn about optical products and technology.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard office software.
