About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator will lead and execute core HR processes, ensuring efficient talent management, compliance with Honduran labor regulations, and the development of initiatives that enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Manage training and development programs.
• Organize wellbeing, recognition, and employee retention activities.
• Prepare payroll, benefits, medical and life insurance, IHSS/RAP affiliations, and personnel movements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee files, HR systems, and databases.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and established procedures.
• Support corporate social responsibility and environmental management initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvements in HR processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience in HR coordination or generalist roles.
• Knowledge of Honduran labor law, payroll, IHSS, benefits, and labor relations.
• Proven experience in recruitment, training, organizational development, and employee support.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Proficiency with HR information systems and related technological tools.
