About the role
The Legal Coordinator will support the Legal Management team in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, by conducting legal research, issuing opinions, and reviewing contracts and related documents. This position plays a key role in preventing legal risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage internal and external correspondence and documentation.
- Provide preventive legal advice to mitigate institutional risks.
- Oversee legal matters related to corporate governance and institutional affairs.
- Supervise, review, and assign work to Legal Analysts.
- Draft and revise internal policies and legal processes.
- Keep laws and regulations up to date.
Required profile
- Law degree with a master’s in Commercial, Business, Administrative, Tax or related fields.
- 5–10 years of experience in similar legal positions.
- Knowledge of Civil, Administrative, Commercial, Registral and Financial law.
- Basic proficiency in English.
