About the role

The Cash Management Commercial Executive for SMEs will provide comprehensive support to commercial and SME clients in the region, as well as internal stakeholders. The role focuses on selling, post‑sale service, specialized advisory, and implementation of cash‑management products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end service to commercial/SME customers, covering sales, post‑sale support, and tailored advisory.
• Implement cash‑management solutions and ensure proper usage by clients.
• Guarantee compliance with commercial agreements defined in service contracts.
• Drive adoption of offered solutions and promote correct usage.
• Contribute to business growth by creating value for customers and meeting strategic targets set by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, International Trade or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, and promotion of transactional banking products and services.
• Solid knowledge of banking products and sales strategies.
