About the role
The Junior Marketing Specialist will plan, coordinate and execute BTL marketing activities across the country, focusing on point‑of‑sale initiatives. The role aims to boost brand visibility, enhance consumer experience and drive sales growth while ensuring attractive store layouts.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and implement BTL marketing campaigns at a national level.
- Ensure proper execution of visibility strategies and brand activations in retail locations.
- Monitor and improve the visual layout and floorplan of points of sale.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing actions with sales objectives.
- Travel to various locations as needed to oversee activations.
Required profile
- University graduate in Marketing or a related field.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel.
- Own a vehicle.
- Residence in El Progreso.
