Full Stack Laravel + React Developer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Laravel + React Developer to join its remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, building modern web applications that combine Laravel back‑ends with React front‑ends.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) applications and RESTful APIs.
• Implement interactive front‑ends using React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests with Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate client goals into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong grasp of Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and using Inertia.js.
• Front‑end experience with React (or Vue.js, Livewire) and a keen eye for detail.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to take ownership of deliverables.
