Gerente de Marca – Portafolio de Vinos

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the growth and positioning of our wine portfolio in Tegucigalpa. You will work closely with internal teams and international suppliers to elevate our brands and drive profitable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Design and implement brand strategies for assigned wine brands.
• Manage the wine portfolio to increase sales volume and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and business indicators to uncover growth opportunities.
• Administer marketing budgets and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure flawless market execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and represented houses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management, preferably in fast‑moving consumer goods, beverages, or alcoholic drinks.
• Proven ability to work analytically, manage budgets and deliver results.
• Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel.
