Honduras Partnership Coordinator Consultant

About the role

Partners Worldwide is seeking a Contractor to serve as the Honduras Partnership Coordinator. In this role you will support the Honduras Partnership Team by building and maintaining strong relationships with local partners, ensuring projects run smoothly and objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners in Honduras.
• Regularly engage partners to assess needs, gather feedback and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Assist with translation of materials as required.
• Collaborate with partners to create and implement annual partnership plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of partnership activities and projects.
• Conduct site visits to strengthen relationships and provide on‑the‑ground support.
• Help improve and implement systems, processes, or tools that support partnership work.
• Participate in special projects, cross‑team collaboration and organizational initiatives.
