HR Administrator

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc is expanding its HR department in San Pedro Sula and seeks a motivated HR Administrator. The role works the morning shift (8:00 am‑5:00 pm) and requires fluent English.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems and databases.
• Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and preparation of HR‑related reports.
• Support the creation, review, and analysis of annual merit increase data and matrix charts.
• Participate in developing Workday reporting and an organization‑wide reporting strategy.
• Compile data, prepare reports, and support employee‑relations initiatives and events.
• Help organize HR training sessions, workshops, and perform general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Human Resources, including compensation and performance management.
• Human Resources degree or equivalent.
• Strong numerical sense, data‑analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high confidentiality.

Required skills

• Workday integration experience (preferred).
