Insurance Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Recruiter to support talent acquisition for our U.S.-based company. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring licensed insurance agents across the United States. You will work closely with U.S. hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership to meet hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit licensed insurance agents nationwide.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screening, qualification, and validation of licenses, state eligibility, and sales background.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage high‑volume recruiting pipelines from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with U.S. hiring managers and TA leadership to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics such as pipeline volume, interviews, offers, hires, conversion ratios, and time‑to‑fill.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill licensed insurance positions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting U.S. hiring.
• Experience recruiting within the U.S. insurance industry, especially licensed agents.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty, Auto, Home, and/or Life insurance roles.
• Understanding of U.S. state‑based insurance licensing is highly preferred.
• Experience with high‑volume and/or sales recruiting.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with U.S. hiring managers and stakeholders.
