Intake Specialist – Client Intake & Legal Support

About the role

We are looking for an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective personal‑injury clients. You will conduct detailed intake interviews, gather essential case information and ensure a smooth, empathetic experience while accurately documenting all data.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email and online platforms, focusing on personal‑injury matters.
• Conduct thorough intake interviews to collect legal, personal and incident details.
• Enter and maintain client information in the intake management system, preserving confidentiality.
• Assess case eligibility and route qualified leads to the appropriate legal team.
• Provide clear explanations of the intake process, timelines and services offered.
• Support attorneys by delivering complete and well‑organized client files.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; legal coursework a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in client service, call‑center, intake or administrative roles, preferably in a legal or personal‑injury setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an empathetic, professional tone.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain strict data confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
