Intake Specialist – Remote, Flexible Schedule

About the role

Voxidea is seeking bilingual Intake Specialists to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance. This fully remote position offers flexible weekend schedules and the opportunity to guide clients toward the help they need.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound leads via phone or email, providing a friendly and helpful experience.
• Gather essential client information to assess needs and determine appropriate legal resources.
• Listen empathetically and direct callers to internal or external services.
• Complete legal forms and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support.
• Perform administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing calendars, and organizing paperwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation within a contact‑center environment.
• Proficiency in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal setting is preferred.
• Bilingual in English (C1+) and Spanish or Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and confidentiality skills.
• Permanent residence in Latin America.
• Reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) and stable internet connection.
