About the role
Nestlé is seeking a senior leader to manage its traditional sales channel, overseeing relationships with distributors, wholesalers and key commercial partners. The role focuses on driving growth, ensuring execution of commercial plans and delivering results in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the direct traditional sales team.
- Achieve commercial and operational targets for the channel.
- Manage relationships with key customers, distributors and wholesalers.
- Coordinate initiatives with internal functions such as marketing, supply chain and finance.
- Analyze performance indicators, correct deviations and accelerate growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG and traditional channel.
- Proven experience leading commercial teams, direct or indirect.
- Strong results orientation and negotiation skills with key accounts.
- Bilingual ability is desirable.
