Junior Growth & Outreach Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Growth & Outreach Representative to join our fully remote team. The role blends outbound prospecting with essential administrative tasks to keep the sales pipeline flowing smoothly. If you enjoy connecting with prospects while maintaining organized internal processes, this position is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn to identify and qualify leads.
• Schedule discovery calls, manage calendar invites and ensure clear communication between prospects and the sales team.
• Log all outreach activities, update internal trackers and produce regular pipeline reports.
• Handle email correspondence and follow‑ups with prospects, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Organize sales materials, documentation and administrative files in Google Drive for easy team access.
• Support market research, document preparation and other administrative duties to continuously improve the sales process.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or administrative assistance.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Reliable home office with a laptop (2010 or newer) equipped with 8 GB RAM, internet speed of at least 50 Mbps and a quiet professional workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
