Lead Flutter Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Lead Flutter Engineer to drive the architecture and development of high‑performance cross‑platform mobile applications. You will act as a technical leader, shaping standards and mentoring a distributed engineering team while collaborating closely with product, design, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, architect, and build scalable Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and automated testing strategies.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define features and technical roadmaps.
• Implement robust state‑management solutions and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Ensure high‑quality releases through continuous integration and testing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Proven expertise in Flutter and Dart for production‑grade apps.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and team mentorship.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and REST API integration.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
