About the role

D2i Solutions is seeking a Project Leader to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects, primarily ERP implementations, automation, and enterprise solutions. The role serves as the main bridge between clients and internal consulting and development teams, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of assigned projects.
• Ensure adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate functional and technical teams, tracking milestones, deliverables, and commitments.
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes promptly.
• Keep project information up‑to‑date and report progress, deviations, and required decisions.
• Work with Operations to secure resource availability and allocation.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement in project management.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing technology, software, ERP or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience coordinating technical and functional teams and working directly with clients.
• Knowledge of traditional, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• ERP implementation experience (e.g., Odoo).
• Agile project management methodologies.
