About the role

A globally recognized company, currently expanding its presence, is looking for a Retail Sales Leader to drive business growth in the retail channel. The role is fully remote from Honduras, with occasional client visits as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the region’s retail channel.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Open new accounts and grow strategic retail partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive sustainable market‑share growth.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to align go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets.
• Experience in consumer technology, computing, electronics or related categories.
• Background managing and developing the retail channel.
• Demonstrated ability to open and grow strategic accounts.
• Strong negotiation, influence and execution skills.
