Logistics Representative

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistics Representative to join its team in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. You will coordinate and optimise delivery schedules, communicate with mobile units, and ensure timely, safe transport of a diverse range of freight, including temperature‑controlled and hazardous cargo.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in dispatching pending loads, scheduling drivers, and coordinating pick‑up and delivery appointments.
• Monitor routes, adjust daily schedules to meet customer needs, and respond to road‑construction or traffic issues.
• Provide drivers with routing directions, freight requirements, and safety procedures.
• Update customer portals with load information and track drop‑off and hook‑up events.
• Analyse transportation plans to reduce costs and maintain optimal trailer pool placement.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and use mapping and dispatch software.
