Mid Senior Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Senior Developer to join Zippy, a technology‑driven logistics and e‑commerce company that connects shoppers in Honduras with products from the United States. In this role you will help design, build and evolve high‑impact software solutions that streamline the end‑to‑end shipping experience from Miami to Honduras.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust, scalable software aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in defining architecture, technical structure and technology choices for each project.
• Lead the technical development of complex features, ensuring correct implementation.
• Provide code reviews, mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, performance risks and improvement opportunities.
• Enforce quality standards through best development practices, documentation, testing and version control.
