About the role

Sagan is building a pool of experienced business operations and project coordinators to support US‑based clients on a remote, independent‑contract basis. The role involves keeping day‑to‑day operations and projects organized, ensuring clear ownership, accurate records and timely follow‑through while working US business hours.

Key responsibilities

Maintain task lists, project records and deadlines; follow up with owners and flag delays.
Coordinate handoffs and requests between teams, customers and other stakeholders.
Check operational or sales records and prepare clear status updates.
Document recurring processes and keep shared information current.

Required profile

2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Clear written and spoken English with careful attention to detail.
Practical experience with project tracking, spreadsheets, documentation and CRM systems.
Availability to work US business hours on an independent‑contractor basis.
