Overnight Logistics Representative

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking an Overnight Logistics Representative to join its San Pedro Sula office. The role involves providing customer service and coordinating shipments during night hours, ensuring smooth operations and timely communication.

Key responsibilities

• Build expert knowledge of company products and services and engage customers professionally.
• Provide track and trace updates, continuously inform customers about order status, and resolve freight issues.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders across various interfaces, confirming pickup and delivery appointments.
• Coordinate with other departments to clear customs paperwork and follow established billing procedures.
• Perform duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation and multitasking capabilities.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
