Powerpoint Specialist (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Powerpoint Specialist on a contract basis to design and execute realistic, complex business tasks using Microsoft Office tools. You will work closely with an advanced language model (LLM) to create, edit, and evaluate Office Open XML files, primarily .pptx formats.

Key responsibilities

• Design and initiate sophisticated business scenarios in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word that mirror Fortune 500 environments.
• Collaborate with an LLM to discuss, edit, and generate Office Open XML documents.
• Assess two LLM‑generated deliverables per task turn and select the most accurate result.
• Create prompts and tasks that normally require multi‑hour effort without AI assistance.
• Conduct structured four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real‑world business documents.
• Provide expertise across reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing for various industries and functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years recent experience on complex projects for Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong exposure to Excel and Word.
• Experience in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to craft realistic business scenarios and executive‑level presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of delivering clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior work with LLMs or AI‑powered tools in an iterative, conversational format is highly desirable.
