Product Line Specialist III

About the role

The Product Line Specialist III will design and execute a full product marketing cycle, from market analysis to product retirement. You will identify market potential, set pricing and commercialization strategies, estimate sales, define promotional activities, and manage the product throughout its lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate product launches and updates.
• Manage the product portfolio, analyze SKU performance, and identify opportunities for launch, discontinuation, optimization, and rationalization.
• Collect and evaluate market research, monitor trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Lead innovation projects from idea generation to post‑launch stabilization, including business case development and industrial/commercial testing.
• Coordinate program planning with customers and internal teams, covering manufacturing schedules, design criteria, costs, and other development considerations.
• Support pricing strategy development, assess financial impact, and monitor profitability, margin, volume, and mix indicators.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure effective commercial execution and regulatory compliance.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate assigned programs to meet financial, commercial, and budgetary objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Finance, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, etc.) and report progress to leadership.
• Independently manage complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in product management, marketing, or commercial functions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
