Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, working closely with internal teams and external vendors. This position requires strong initiative, organizational discipline, and the ability to operate independently while ensuring project goals are met on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs together with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using agreed milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams throughout each project phase.
• Track progress, provide regular status updates, and communicate changes to relevant parties.
• Identify risks early, propose mitigation actions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage relationships with third‑party vendors to guarantee service quality.
• Document lessons learned and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s in Project Management is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in project management or vendor coordination.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication abilities.
