Quality Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Coordinator will oversee coordination and monitoring of the EOS plant and support all related processes. You will ensure safe product launches, maintain high quality standards, and drive continuous improvement within an automotive manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work‑related injuries and illnesses.
• Maintain confidentiality of engineering data, blueprints, and product specifications.
• Validate and release new manufacturing processes and production lines.
• Conduct 8D audits, PFMEA workshops, and Go‑See inspections.
• Manage performance metrics such as PPM, FTQ, CoPQ, and ensure timely IATF certification and PPAP delivery.
• Support safe launch of new products and drive adherence to the quality system manual.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Coordinator or in a similar quality role.
• Experience within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and personnel management skills.
• Proficiency in English (advanced level).
• Ability to document product issues and lead change initiatives.
