Remote Delivery Manager

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Delivery Manager to lead a large, distributed team of Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Software Engineers serving more than 30 US‑based clients. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, managing financial performance and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor a team of 5‑10 Project Managers, guaranteeing adherence to processes and high‑quality teamwork.
• Own P&L responsibility for the delivery area, tracking budgets and profitability.
• Maintain clear, professional communication between Project Managers and clients.
• Collect and escalate HR‑related topics to the HR Business Partner as needed.
• Present complex delivery challenges to Account Managers and drive effective resolutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT/Tech industry.
• Proven experience leading a team of Project Managers.
• Advanced level of English communication skills.
