Remote Digital Marketing Manager – SEO & Growth

About the role

Voxidea is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Manager to lead SEO and growth‑marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads for its staffing platform serving U.S. law firms. The role is highly autonomous, combining strategy, execution, analytics and creativity to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel digital marketing strategies focused on brand growth, lead generation and market visibility.
• Lead SEO efforts including keyword research, technical SEO audits, on‑page optimization and AI‑driven search visibility.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Design, build and refine landing pages and website content to improve conversion rates.
• Create and manage automated email sequences and lead‑nurturing workflows.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, Search Console and other analytics tools, providing regular reports and data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital, growth or SEO‑focused marketing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Experience with B2B, staffing or professional‑services companies is a plus.
