Remote English‑Spanish Medical Interpreter (Full‑time)

About the role

Kreato Language Group LLC is seeking an experienced English‑Spanish medical interpreter to join its remote team. This full‑time position works in a blended Over‑the‑Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) environment, supporting healthcare, social services, customer service and financial settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation between English and Spanish over phone and video.
• Facilitate clear communication between healthcare providers and patients.
• Interpret calls in medical, social services, customer service, and financial contexts.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience interpreting medical, customer service, social services, and financial calls.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.
