About the role
Sagan is seeking a senior leader to head its Revenue Operations function on a remote basis across Latin America. The role reports directly to senior leadership and focuses on strategic revenue ownership, forecasting, and GTM system architecture.
Key responsibilities
- Own forecasting, pipeline reporting and board‑level revenue reporting.
- Design sales compensation plans and set quotas.
- Lead GTM systems strategy, architecture and establish deal‑desk processes.
- Direct specialists and administrators delivering the roadmap.
Required profile
- At least seven years in revenue, sales or marketing operations within B2B SaaS or B2B services.
- Head, director or equivalent ownership of Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- Direct ownership of forecasting, revenue reporting and compensation design.
- Strong English communication skills.
