Remote HR Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Remote HR Operations Coordinator to support high‑volume onboarding and maintain employee data integrity for a fast‑growing behavioral health organization. The role works closely with the onboarding specialist and the People team to ensure smooth entry for roughly 40 new hires each month.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the onboarding specialist by sending templated communications and building employee profiles in the HRIS.
• Troubleshoot real‑time onboarding issues during weekly orientation sessions, including equipment delivery and system access.
• Support the credentialing team with onboarding tasks for clinical staff.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, execute cleanup and audit projects, and process employee change requests.
• Tri­age and respond to high‑volume employee inquiries in the shared People Operations inbox, covering PTO, benefits, and policy questions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with new hires and internal teams.
• Experience handling HR administrative processes and data hygiene.
