About the role
Bridgeway Global Staffing is seeking proactive, phone‑first Sales Representatives to support U.S. home‑services companies such as HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and landscaping. The position is 100% remote, working U.S. business hours, and paid in USD.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads stored in the CRM.
- Send personalized follow‑up texts and voice notes to encourage callbacks.
- Re‑engage silent leads and quotes by focusing on value rather than discounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve weekly activity targets.
Required profile
- Advanced or bilingual spoken English (C1/C2) for daily U.S. calls.
- Proven experience in phone‑based sales, call centers, or client‑facing roles.
- Ability to craft strong, human follow‑up messages independently.
- Quiet home office with stable internet, proper headset, and computer.
