About the role

As a Senior Delivery Manager (IT) at BairesDev, you will lead the delivery of multiple large‑scale technology projects using staff‑augmentation models. You will coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure high‑quality software product development for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Lead comprehensive project planning, monitor results, and coach team members while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Drive staff retention through transparent communication and identify growth opportunities for team members.
• Analyze billable utilization, manage capacity planning, and forecast project profitability.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts and deliver exceptional value to stakeholders.
• Develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures based on organizational outcomes and emerging trends.
• Meet financial objectives through accurate forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Maintain superior service quality by establishing and enforcing rigorous standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in engineering or delivery management roles.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong client‑oriented mindset and relationship‑management abilities.
• Advanced expertise in financial management and budget oversight.
• Proven multitasking, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Extensive people‑management experience, including performance improvement and attrition management.
• Deep technical knowledge of the IT industry.
