Senior SOC Engineer – Remote

About the role

As a Senior SOC Engineer you will act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers, guiding them to maximize the value of their converged XDR/SIEM/SOAR platform. This remote position blends deep security‑operations expertise with strong customer‑facing communication.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as product subject‑matter expert and advisor for enterprise clients.
• Troubleshoot critical security incidents, applying detection, triage, and response skills.
• Develop scripts and custom integrations to automate customer workflows.
• Create knowledge‑base articles, guides, and training sessions to drive product adoption.
• Help customers realize ROI and ongoing value from their security investments.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Security Operations, including detection, triage, incident response, and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with SIEM/SOAR/XDR platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, CrowdStrike Falcon, or Cortex XDR.
• Proficient scripting in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Linux system administration in production environments.
• Cloud security awareness across GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong English communication skills and proven customer‑facing experience.
