About the role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Representative to join our growing team. You will assist customers in resolving technical issues while delivering a professional and friendly experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity problems via phone, chat, or email.
- Guide customers through step‑by‑step solutions and ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on every contact.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy and quick learning of new technologies.
