About the role

We are looking for an expert Video Editor & Creative Designer to produce high‑performing, organic short‑form content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels. The role blends video editing, visual design, and AI‑generated assets to create engaging, scroll‑stopping videos that drive retention and virality.

Key responsibilities

• Edit high‑retention TikTok, Reels, and short‑form videos.
• Create compelling hooks, transitions, captions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Develop creative concepts optimized for organic growth and virality.
• Adapt content for multiple accounts, niches, and audiences.
• Build and manage multi‑account content systems while maintaining consistency.
• Leverage AI tools to generate and enhance visuals, videos, and images.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, sounds, memes, and editing styles.
• Analyze performance data and continuously improve creative output.
• Collaborate with the content and creative team to turn ideas into visual assets.

Required profile

• Expert‑level video editing and visual design expertise.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, organic content dynamics, retention, and virality.
• Proven ability to create scroll‑stopping content that maximizes watch time.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, composition, typography, and visual psychology.
• Experience managing or creating content for multiple social‑media accounts.
• Advanced knowledge of AI creative tools and ability to blend AI‑generated assets with professional editing.
• Fast execution and capacity to produce high volumes of quality content.
