Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. This full‑time remote position is open to candidates based anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, generate reports, create SOPs, maintain documentation, and coordinate projects.

Required profile

• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
• C1‑level English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive attitude and comfort working independently.

What we offer

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
