About the role
The Junior Administrative Analyst will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal department, ensuring smooth document handling, internal service coordination, and efficient executive assistance to the Vice‑President.
Key responsibilities
- Manage legal documentation and maintain organized filing systems.
- Coordinate the Vice‑President’s agenda, schedule meetings, and track signature processes.
- Organise and facilitate internal and external meetings using virtual tools.
- Support day‑to‑day operational tasks of the Legal team.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of accuracy.
Required profile
- Graduate or university student pursuing a degree in Law.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as an administrative or management assistant.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams for meeting coordination.
- Familiarity with Google Meet for virtual meetings.
