Bilingual Call Centre Agent – English & Spanish

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, bilingual Call Centre Agent to join a fast‑growing AI‑native commerce company that serves the restaurant and hospitality sector across North America and beyond. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering seamless support in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in English and Spanish.
• Document all interactions and updates in the internal tracking system.
• Resolve inquiries and escalations while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the wider team to improve service delivery and internal processes.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or client‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software.
• Experience using CRM tools.
