Bilingual Technical Recruiter – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Devsu is seeking an experienced bilingual Technical Recruiter to join its remote team serving clients across the US and Latin America. You will be the bridge between top IT talent and our software engineering projects, ensuring a smooth, full‑cycle recruitment experience in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Attract and engage qualified candidates for open IT positions.
• Select, prepare, and forward suitable candidates to client teams.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct interviews in both Spanish and English.
• Track and improve recruitment KPIs continuously.
• Implement employer‑branding initiatives to strengthen Devsu’s market presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software terminology (languages, frameworks, etc.).
• Proven experience recruiting for IT roles.
• Excellent communication, detail‑orientation, and full‑time availability.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to interview in both languages.
