Booking Services Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, customer‑focused Booking Services Coordinator to help clients research options, coordinate reservations and manage all booking details. The role is fully remote, allowing you to support clients from anywhere while delivering professional service before and after each reservation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client needs and preferences to tailor booking options.
• Research available services and present suitable alternatives.
• Coordinate booking and reservation requests, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide clients with confirmations, relevant information and handle changes or special requests.
• Maintain accurate client and booking records and follow up on outstanding information.
• Communicate with service providers and deliver professional support throughout the reservation lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset with reliable follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable researching information online and learning web‑based platforms.
• Experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality or administrative roles is helpful.
