Broker Customer Success

About the role

Peak Altitude is looking for a Broker Customer Success professional to own a portfolio of broker customers in the transportation and logistics sector. You will be the primary point of contact, driving adoption, retention, and growth while ensuring a seamless experience for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with broker customers.
• Proactively identify at‑risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
• Lead onboarding processes to ensure successful product adoption.
• Design and execute reactivation plans for inactive or churned customers.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for subscriptions, compliance tools, credit solutions, and partner services.
• Analyze customer health metrics and feedback to continuously improve the experience.
• Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competition, and growth opportunities within your territory.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to voice customer insights.

Required profile

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of freight, transportation, or logistics industry dynamics.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships and driving account growth.
• Ability to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
