Business System Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business System Analyst with solid experience in data and analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data‑driven solutions are accurately defined, tested, and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements for data‑focused projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
• Support UAT planning, test execution, issue tracking, and solution validation.
• Work closely with technical teams to confirm that delivered solutions meet documented requirements.
• Assist with training, user adoption, and change‑management activities.
• Create and maintain process documentation, requirements, and other project artefacts.
• Produce reporting and data analysis using SQL and BI tools such as Sigma or Power BI.
• Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Monday.com.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Communicate project updates, testing results, and requirements clearly to all stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to gather and document business and system requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with UAT, testing, and validation processes.
• Experience supporting training, user adoption, and change‑management initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
