IT Support Representative

About the role

The IT Support Representative provides remote technical assistance to staff across a variety of hardware, software, and network issues. The role demands strong troubleshooting abilities, clear communication, and a customer‑first mindset. You will help maintain system stability while training users on technology best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and video conference, delivering support for hardware, software, and network problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and system changes.
• Manage software upgrades and updates, ensuring compatibility with existing environments.
• Train users on hardware and software usage and provide ongoing technical assistance.
• Research, record, and analyze data to support business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on IT support experience with Windows and macOS.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling multiple tasks.
