About the role

The Universal Cashier will manage cash operations for a banking unit in Guaimaca, ensuring accurate receipt, delivery, and safeguarding of cash, checks, money orders, and other valuable documents. The role supports revenue collection and payment processing while delivering courteous service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Follow bank policies and procedures, including AML and suspicious transaction reporting.
• Perform cash drawer closures and transmit required information.
• Receive, disburse, and transfer funds for various banking services.
• Control vouchers, receipts, and cash from business operations.
• Maintain strict cash handling controls and provide friendly customer service.
• Process payments, cash sales, prepaid airtime, and initial deposits for savings accounts.
• Open and verify cash drawer allocations.
• Complete assigned online training programs.

Required profile

• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and AML regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain strict cash control.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
