About the role
Our client, a commercial real‑estate business, is seeking a Call Intake Specialist to manage inbound calls, perform administrative duties, and conduct cold‑calling outreach. Training will be provided for all core responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and act as the company’s receptionist.
- Carry out general administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Make cold‑calls to prospective leads.
Required profile
- Experience in commercial real‑estate.
- Fluent English (C2 level).
- Motivated, entrepreneurial attitude, collaborative mindset, and a strong sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel.
- Proficiency with Teracotta.
- Proficiency with Monday.com.
What we offer
- Full‑time remote position (40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:00 PT).
- Salary paid in USD or local currency, based on candidate preference.
