Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the digital presence of Agencia Devio. Working on‑site in San Pedro Sula, you will build an active, engaged community around the brand and support the overall marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish content across the company’s social media channels.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and user interactions in a timely manner.
• Plan and coordinate online campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
• Track performance metrics, prepare concise reports and suggest data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service and other departments to ensure consistent digital communication.

Required profile

• Experience in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling and moderation.
• Strong writing skills with attention to grammar, tone adaptation and creative copy.
• Basic ability to analyse social media metrics and interpret key performance indicators.
• Organised, able to manage editorial calendars and multitask across teams.
• Relevant education in marketing, communication, journalism or a related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva or similar basic design tools.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools for metric tracking.
