About the role

Molineros is seeking a Category Coordinator for the White Goods segment. The role combines commercial vision, analytical ability, and results orientation to drive growth and profitability of a strategic product category.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and strategic performance of the White Goods category.
• Analyze sales, margins, inventory, rotation and other key performance indicators.
• Participate in defining the assortment and product portfolio based on market needs.
• Identify trends, commercial opportunities and consumer behavior.
• Develop and execute commercial plans to boost sales and profitability.
• Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, pricing and business opportunities with suppliers.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product launches and promotional actions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Marketing, Operations, Logistics and stores to implement category strategies.
• Ensure appropriate product availability and inventory levels.
• Track achievement of commercial targets and create action plans when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in category management, product, purchasing or similar commercial roles.
• Experience in White Goods, appliances, technology, retail or related categories is highly valued.
• Knowledge of market analysis, commercial planning and supplier negotiation.
• Ability to interpret sales, margin, inventory and profitability indicators.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate English is desirable.
