About the role

The Digital Services Implementation Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the deployment of managed service projects and solutions such as Data Center, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SD‑WAN/LAN, UCaaS, IoT, Managed Wi‑Fi and Collaboration. The role works closely with Tigo Business support engineers, Operations, and external providers to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and implementation of managed service projects, integrating activities of all involved areas.
• Maintain detailed control of projects and contracts during transition and delivery, providing monthly transition reports for accurate billing.
• Define implementation plans for each contract, clarifying scope, risks, and internal and client responsibilities.
• Manage the backlog of contracts in implementation, projecting weekly status, completion dates and acceptance.
• Control CAPEX and OPEX budgets for digital service contracts, forecast usage and prepare business cases.
• Support pre‑sales engineers in design review, risk assessment and deliverable planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing cloud, ERP/CRM, IT infrastructure, software, virtualization and security solutions.
• Knowledge and experience with ITIL processes.
