About the role
The Recruitment Coordinator will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for our organization in San Pedro Sula, ensuring that talent acquisition is efficient, compliant and aligned with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Publish vacancies on local platforms such as Tecoloco, Acciontrabajo, Un Mejor Empleo and relevant social networks.
- Conduct and interpret psychometric assessments to support candidate selection.
- Maintain and update HR software systems with candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Generate regular reports using Excel to track hiring performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- Immediate availability and residence in San Pedro Sula.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with recruitment platforms (Tecoloco, Acciontrabajo, Un Mejor Empleo, social media).
- Ability to interpret psychometric test results.
- Familiarity with HR software systems.
