Corporate Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

IntouchCX, a global leader in digital customer experience management, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to design and execute recruiting strategies for all levels of the organization, from front‑line employees to senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple requisitions and the flow of applicants across the company.
• Evaluate and select candidates for interview stages.
• Coordinate phone, video, and on‑site interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Leverage advertising, social media, presentations, internet groups, and existing relationships to build candidate pipelines and meet hiring goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call‑center or related environment.
• Background as an HR Generalist (preferred).
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field (considered an asset).
• Operational experience within a contact‑center setting (considered an asset).
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment, handle multiple tasks accurately and timely, and build relationships with employees at all levels.
